[에너지신문] 13 November 2015 - The German power and gas utility EnBW has announced it would increase electricity prices for households by 2.4% as of January 2016, mainly as a result of rises in the taxes and network charges. In 2016, the EEG fee that covers the support to renewable energy sources will increase by 3% from €6.17c/kWh to €6.35c/kWh, while the state-regulated network charges will rise from €6.41c/kWh to €7.46c/kWh for the residential sector in the area covered by EnBW. Overall, the EnBW's uncontrolled costs increased by around €1.4c/kWh, explaining part of the end-user price rise to come.
