[에너지신문] Numaligarh Refinery Ltd (NRL), the owner and operator of a 60,000 bbl/d (3 Mt/year) refinery in Numaligarh (Assam, eastern India), plans to invest US$3bn to triple the capacity of its facility to 180,000 bbl/d (15 Mt/year). The initial refinery was commissioned in 1999.
NRL is a owned by Indian refiner Bharat Petroleum Corp (61.65%), Oil India Ltd (26%) and the government of Assam (12.35%).
