[에너지신문] 10 November 2015 - EDF EN Canada, a renewable subsidiary of energy group EDF, has executed an Asset Purchase Agreement with DIM Wind, a consortium of Desjardins, Manulife and iA Financial Group, to sell a 42.5% stake in its 350 MW Rivière-du-Moulin wind project near Charlevoix in Quebec (Canada). EDF will retain the remaining 57.5% interest, operate the park and provide management services.

The wind project is developed in two phases, with the first 150 MW commissioned in November 2014 and the second phase of 200 MW being built and scheduled for commissioning in December 2015. Power will be sold under a single Power Purchase Agreement.
