[에너지신문] 01 September 2014 - India's largest power generation company NTPC plans to add a third 660 MW unit at its 1,320 MW Katwa supercritical power project in West Bengal, as the group is offering higher prices for land and is thus not facing any land acquisition problem. NTPC plans to open a tender for the EPC contract on 3 September 2014. The first unit is expected to be commissioned in the next four years (2018) and to be followed by the second unit six months later.
